1. Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for anyone who has a basic understanding of meditation and is looking to create a daily meditation practice. You may have tried unsuccessfully to do this on your own or took FYQM or a private meditation sessions and are ready to have a daily practice and want to succeed by doing so inside Motivate To Meditate. 

2. I want to meditate, but don’t want a daily practice. Is this workshop for me?

The beauty of this workshop is that you get to set your own meditation goal. The goal of the whole is the same to bring meditation into your life, but what that looks like for each individual may be different. The workshop is designed for everyone to create what is right for them and have the support needed to make that goal a reality.

3. How is this course delivered?

You will receive a daily email with a link to our Motivate To Meditate Program site. Each day you will log in for your inspiration email and daily quote. You can ask questions here or in our private FB community. You also have the option to download and print your meditation tracker and your journal or you can fill them out digitally within Kajabi. I am a huge environmentalist, but I do think there is a benefit to printing and filling these out daily. It’s good to have a visual and to see your progress all in one place.

4. When does this program start and how long does this program run?

We start Thursday, November 8 and go for 33 days. There’s a 5 day prep followed by 28 days of motivation! 

5. I’m going on vacation, maybe I need to wait until next time to take this class?

The excuses stop here! There will always be some excuse not to do it. This course is your commitment to curbing any and all excuses you can come up with to not create your practice. If you have access to the internet you can participate. The assignment will be to meditate and you can do that anywhere. :) Are you ready? No more excuses!

6. This class falls over my child’s vacation/break/holiday and they’ll be around all the time!

Again with the excuses. :) We need a different script. First, if your children are around all the time, you’ll definitely want to have a meditation practice. ;) Second, your children are around all weekend too and you have to work those into your schedule. Throw out the excuses and sign up - you are ready to do this! 

7. How much time will I need to commit each day for this course?

That depends on how long you commit for your daily meditation. I recommend 22 mins, but you are welcome to set your own time. 

If you do 22 minutes of meditation and a spend 5 minutes journaling and about 5 minutes sharing in our private fb community it’ll be about 30 minutes/day. 

8. I’m not tech savvy, will I be able to navigate your course?

Yes! If you can navigate a webpage you will be able to navigate this course. It’s really just that easy. No software download required. :) I am tech savvy from my previous career, but I do totally get it that’s why I did a ton of research to find a platform that would be simple for you to use!

9. I don’t know how to meditate. Is this the right course for me?

No, this course doesn’t teach you how to meditate or any other meditation basics. Therefore, this program isn’t for anyone who doesn’t currently have a basic understanding of meditation. Please check out Finding Your Quiet Mind instead.

10. Is this a group or individual program?

This is an individual program, but with the support of a group who are all working towards the same goal.

11. Am I guaranteed a meditation practice at the end of this workshop?

Only if you stick to it and do the work!

I have designed this workshop for optimal support. We start out with a 5 day prep so you are ready to go and set up for success. I’m offering a package that includes recorded meditations so you won’t struggle with sitting silently alone. You have group support of everyone that signs up. And everyone has me along with them on the journey. If you truly commit to the workshop you will succeed!

 This program promises you support and encouragement for YOU to create your meditation practice. Results depend on your desire to stick to your goals and your ability to reach out for help when/if you get stuck. 

No one can help you move forward if you don’t ask for the help and I am unable to make you meditate everyday (unless you want to set up a daily 1x1 meditation session with me - seriously we can do that - just contact me to discuss your needs).
